During my recent birthday girls' weekend at the Courtyard Kansas City Overland Park/Convention Center, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Corey during check-in; his kindness set the tone for our stay. The spacious, clean rooms came fully equipped with all the comforts we needed, and we particularly enjoyed unwinding in the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring. Although our experience was marred slightly by the lack of complimentary breakfast and some minor maintenance issues, we found solace in the on-site Bistro, which served delicious choices and specialty Starbucks beverages. Plus, having the free three-hour parking with validation made our ventures to nearby attractions much easier. We shared a collective sentiment that we would love to return, especially to soak up more of that warm American hospitality.
